German born Werner Biermann settled in Colombia and went on to create gorgeous modernist pieces that maintained a strong organic structure often with polished leather and hand stitching. This pair of stools has hand tanned full-grain leather seating with contrast white stitching. Frames in solid teak (could be white walnut or other South American hardwood) with classic alternating sections to the four legs using peg connectors. Produced by Art Sano in Bogota, Colombia, 1960s.
Sold as a pair.
