This pair of nightstands shows a restrained, functional design that was typical of pieces coming out of Denmark in the post-war period. Rectangular walnut case with rounded front vertical edges, standing on short tapered square legs. Each has two drawers — a larger upper drawer with a circular brass ring pull and a smaller lower drawer with a slim metal pull. Nicely contrasting veneer design.
