John Frederick Kensett (1816-1872) Connecticut born and trained as an engraver - he later established himself as a leading Hudson River landscape painter associated with the “Luminist” style, which emphasized serene compositions, glowing light, and precise atmospheric effects.
John Derian decoupage: is collaged paper under handblown glass in his studio in New York City, where he employs a small staff of artisans to assist with production.
