"Kevi" swivel office chair in rosewood & leather
"Kevi" swivel office chair in rosewood & leather
An important piece of design history. In 1958 brothers Ib & Jørgen Rasmussen invented the 4-wheel "Kevi caster" - a revolutionary low-resistance wheel that allowed chairs to: glide smoothly, rotate easily and work safely on varied floors. The caster design quickly became the global standard and is still used today on countless office chairs. This chair is an early example with Brazilian rosewood arms/base supporting beautiful black leather seating - over an adjustable steel base with "Kevi" castors. Manufactured in Denmark by Kevi. Chair will receive a clean-up to wood and metal.
