solid pinewood trestle table, open joinery
solid pinewood trestle table, open joinery
The trestle tale was a stable of the Medieval European banquet halls and constructed to be easily collapsed and stored. This version found in Sweden is an early 20th century example with classic X-shaped supports connected by a central stretcher and attached through the legs by a pass through mortise. All constructed in solid pinewood with a sanded top showing a bright visual.
