Arne Jacobsen (1902–1971) was a Danish architect and designer celebrated for pioneering modernist architecture and creating iconic furniture pieces. This Model A 826 table was conceived as a versatile table for dining rooms, meeting spaces, and cafeterias starting in 1969. The circular thin edge top is a white laminate and beautifully trimmed in aluminum. The classic six-star brushed aluminum base is supported by a chromed steel stem. Later production (2007) by Fritz Hansen, Denmark. Marked with original labels.
