German designer active in the 1960s and 1970s, Hans Kaufeld, while not as well known as De Sede and COR though did produce a strong catalog of technically proficient seating. This one of the most popular with soft paneled leather supported by ergonomic tall back seating and solid aluminum framing. Padded arm wrests and a five-star aluminum swivel base. Original matching ottoman. Manufactured in Germany 1960s/1970s.
