c1935-1945 example of the Austrian Wiener Werkstätte (Vienna Secession) take on an old Windsor-chair principal that is more refined with elegant proportions. Appears to be European beechwood - but possibly pearwood. Sculpted frame with a gently curved crest rail and softened arched legs. Perfect spindle construction to the back and arms. Single loose cushion. Sold "as is" - we can help with updating fabric and a back cushion.
