"Ingrid" light leather tufted armchair, Sweden
Bruno Mathsson (1907-1988) is one of the foundational figures of Swedish Modern design who carefully engineered his pieces for personal comfort. His "Ingrid" model was one of his later designs from the early 1970s - and maintains the use of bent laminated birchwood supported by a canvas sling connected to a floating frame. Wonderful light leather cushions are carefully tufted and matched with leather arm rests. Produced by DUX in Sweden 1970s
