Inspired by the enduring simplicity of traditional Italian farmhouse and monastic furniture, this exceptionally long trestle bench is equally suited to an entry hall, dining table, or gallery setting. Constructed with a single narrow plank top in solid chestnut and softened corners. Classic centuries-old construction using two trestles on either end. Beautiful through wedged mortise-and-tenon joinery. Perfectly Italian - though could be Northern European as well.
