This easy chair design belongs to an important moment in Danish furniture history, when the streamlined forms and luxurious materials of the 1930s were giving way to the quieter proportions, craftsmanship and emphasis on comfort that would define Danish Modern after the war. Late 1930s to early 1940s with an expressive silhouette, curved arms and back with button detail. Upholstered in a later rust red mohair in fair condition. In need of new upholstery. We can help.
