An impressive 18th to 19th century industrial French Provincial vineyard wine-press screw element. Hand crafted and a crucial component of pressing grapes to extract juice for winemaking. These with classic had carved corkscrew column and lower square block with opening to all sides that allow for a pole to be inserted and then hand turned.
