Cabinetmaker by trade and mid-century modernist designer who created the classic coffee table shape we know best and love from the period. This classic 59" example in faded rosewood with square-tapered legs and beautiful joinery. Hand painted Baca ceramic tiles in brown, blue and beige glazes from the Royal Copenhagen workshop decorate one end of the table. Marked and produced by Haslev Møbelsnedkeri, Denmark, 1960s.
