Preciosa Lighting's heritage traces back to 1724 in the Crystal Valley of Bohemia, now the Czech Republic, where the first factory dedicated to crafting and exporting crystal chandeliers was established in Prácheň near Kamenický Šenov. This example from the 1960s uses a single tier of six clear hand blown globes around a brass spoke. Nineteen smaller non-lit textured glass globes float above and below for added drama.
