Henning Kjærnulf (1927–1989) was a Danish furniture designer known for his ornately sculptural pieces with bold & decorative elements - often using baroque and gothic influences. This single chair has his classic sharp cut out back resembling a razorblade - just one of a large number of his design using this feature. Produced by Næstved Møbelfabrik in Denmark 1960s.
