A sculptural pair of postwar Swedish dining or "cocktail" chairs featuring a curved upholstered crest rail, fan-shaped spindle back, and a molded seat above splayed hardwood legs. Blending Windsor tradition with mid-century simplicity, this regional Swedish style was popularized by Ilmari Tapiovaara and produced by several workshops during the late 1950s. This oakwood chair with vertical spindles to the back with orange leatherette seating including the top rail. Pair available, sold separately.
