A wonderful and authentic example of mid-century French utilitarian design — the kind of small work or school table produced throughout the 1950s–1960s for classrooms, ateliers, and youth furniture programs in northern and eastern France. Bent tubular steel frame and table support is a lacquered red or yellow - which is repeated in the top trim for the beautiful light colored laminate/formica top.
