Created by the Danish design duo Ejner Larsen (1917-1987) and Aksel Bender Madsen (1916-2000) who met while training under the esteemed designer Kaare Klint at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. They began their design studio in 1947 and created over 300 modernist pieces. This set of six dining chairs has a classic Scandinavian form using solid teakwood framing with a simple carved back and columnar legs. New padded black leatherette seating. Designed in 1956 and produced by cabinetmaker Willy Beck, Denmark.
