One of the most celebrated designs by the Czechoslovakian cabinetmaker's son Jindřich Halabala (1903-1978). An incredible 1930s modernist lounge chair with sinuous lines drawn from a seamless bent beechwood frame. Newly upholstered in a rich mocha grey, melange wool boucle. Produced by UP Závody in Brno, Czech 1930s.
