A uniquely styled bench produced in Italy late 1930s. Constructivist in design with strong sculptural elements using solid oakwood trimmed framing and a dark cerused treatment. Rectilinear wood seat framing and padded leather cushion with terrific patina. Geometric side leg supports have an Art Deco influence. Unique attached foot rest in two blocks that extend from the bench. One of those pieces you don't see everyday.
