Italian Rationalist boxwood & walnut executive desk
Italian Rationalist boxwood & walnut executive desk
Ebanisteria Ferretti was a high-level Roman cabinetmaking workshop active from the late 1920s through the 1940s, known for producing custom furniture for villas, embassies, and bourgeois interiors. This exceptional 1930s Italian executive desk is fronted in a light boxwood veneer and contrasts with walnut trim. Three top drawers and a side cabinet is balanced with a stately cylindrical wood side leg. All topped in black leatherette. A refined example of Italian Decò–Rationalist craftsmanship. Produced in Bologna, Italy.
