Typical Scandinavian spindle chair - with exceptional quality and detail that places these within a master Swedish cabinetmaker production. Borrowing from classic Windsor design - and a distinct Swedish interpretation with tall angled framing, through-tenon joinery, sculpted crest and beautiful tapering to the spindles. Later upholstered seating. Most likely constructed in European elmwood. Sold individually, pair available.
