Taking clues from the classic square-form low lounge chair designed by René Gabriel - this pair of post-war reconstruction armchairs in solid oakwood have paddle arms and "A" frames supporting a high open seat from the back. Perfect pair red/orange Skai leather loose yet structured cushions with white contrasting piping overall. Produced in France in the late 1940s. Sold as a pair.
