Danish artist Knud Kyhn (1880-1969) created mostly animal figurines starting in the 1930s for the highly respected Danish ceramic house of Royal Copenhagen. His unique "Sung" glaze with brown, tan and blue hue make each piece unique. This resting foal is dated to 1948 (based on bottom stamp) and produced by RC in Denmark.
