"Daria" beechwood armchair, Czech
Designed by renowned Czech architect and designer Miroslav Navrátil (1913-1999). He pioneered the use of fiberglass-reinforced polyester in furniture manufacturing, a cutting-edge material in the 1950s. The "Daria" chair is a later design from the 1970s in a simple post modern square frame with visible joints. Recently updated in a beautiful palest blush upholstery. Manufactured by Krkonošský nábytek Vrchlabí. in Czechia. 70s/80s.
