Czech modernist Ludvík Volák was a mid-century master at bentwood structures creating furniture for a number of the leading Czech firms. This pair of armchairs has generous proportions with opposing bentwood arms and legs in lightly stained beechwood. Original striped fabric - probably in need of new upholstery - though we will clean upon arrival and review existing usability as the fabric is very cool. Manufactured by Dřevopodnik Holešov. Czech, 1970s.

Sold individually, pair available.
