Les Arcs was the first large-scale, purpose built ski resort in the Swiss Alps and pioneering French architect and designer Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999) was invited to join the project in 1967. Her approach to the project interiors was to complement the natural environment. This five-drawer dresser from Les Arcs, like much of the furniture, is made in solid pinewood with simple integrated circular pulls. France, 1960s/70s.
