"Liberanza" desk in mahogany & brass
Created in 1953 as E. Gomme Ltd. to be a modern alternative to traditional British furniture. The high-end Liberanza series had more Scandinavian aesthetic with a dark stained wood frame over down-form legs. The top in mahogany with beautiful grain striation. Two drawers with blackened front are trimmed in contrasting mahogany. Unusual brass accents to the drawers pulls and top/bottom of the legs. A solid brass cross stretcher for support. Produced in the 1950s, England.
Price includes a restoration to wood finish.
