1950S FRODE HOLM
solid elmwood 33" round side table
solid elmwood 33" round side table
Danish cabinetmaker Frode Holm was not primarily known as a designer, but rather as a curator, promoter, and facilitator of Danish modern design. As managing director of the top department store Illums Bolighus in the 50s-60s he was instrumental in shaping the overall aesthetic direction. This small circular table has delicately tapered legs of solid elmwood with a lower cross stretcher for support. Additional glass top available.
