flame birchwood rounded corner desk

A beautiful and rare late 1930s desk design.  Constructed in a bright flame birchwood veneer that makes the desk sparkle and one rounded corner.  The primary side has two narrow top drawers, a right-side vertical cabinet with two selves and at left are four wood pull-out trays.  Its most interesting feature is that the desk is meant to face outward in a room with the facing side displaying the full beauty of the curved side with an open shelf.  Two additional storage cabinets and an inset base.  Unique.
