A wonderful piece of history with this 1930s Art Deco influenced partners desk from the home of prominent architect Svenn Eske Kristensen (1905–2000). Gorgeous walnut veneer to the top and waterfall sides with contrasting Macassar Ebony facing trim on both sides. One side with two open compartments and a single drop-down cabinet with original ket. Opposite side with a right side cabinet containing five pull out drawers in cherrywood. Stunning matchbook veneer overall and a pair of tubular steel foot rests for both partners. Denmark, 1930s.
