Norwegian designer Sigurd Ressell (1920-2010) created a number of memorable mid-century furniture pieces - none more famous than his "Falcon" chair. Originally designed in 1970 as a prototype hammock armchair called "Blank Vals" - was produced starting in 1971 by Vatne Møbler in Norway. This version in a gorgeous hard-to-find light leather with canvas sling support and bentwood frame.
