The classic Danish lounge chair by one of the leading lights of the Scandinavian modern design movement, Børge Mogensen. Cognac leather shell that has darkened with age/use with two down-filled loose leather cushions (newer and lighter than the current chair) and square-shaped mahogany legs. Beautifully stitched leather piping overall. Produced and still in production by Fredericia Stolefabrik, model 2207. Denmark, 1960s.
