Norwegian designer Sigurd Ressell (1920-2010) created a number of memorable mid-century furniture pieces - none more famous than his "Falcon" chair. Originally designed in 1970 as a prototype hammock armchair called "Blank Vals" - was produced starting in 1971 by Vatne Møbler in Norway. This low-back version in a rare gray leather in a wrap frame instead of more common button variety. Classic canvas sling support. Sold individually, pair available.
