Educated at the Danish School of Arts and Crafts and mentored by Grete Jalk and Arne Jacobsen - Jørgen Gammelgaard (1938-1991) was a multi-dimensional talent. He created beautiful modernist furniture pieces for leading Danish manufacturers, designed silverware for renowned Georg Jensen and award winning lighting. This Model 7 dining chair has a classic half-round back and cross bar leg support. Natural light leather seating with nice patina. Produced by Sorø Stolefabrik, Denmark.
