The celebrated Italian architect and industrial designer Sergio Asti (1926-2021) collaborated with many of the leading mid-century Italian furniture firms. This pair of 2-seat sofas from the 'Zelda" series is constructed in rosewood with signature corner angles on the four legs. A beautiful medium brown cognac leather covering six loose cushions with perfect Italian stitching - plus a pair of original bolsters that extend the length of each sofa back. Manufactured by the Italian powerhouse Poltranova, 1960s. Sold individually, pair available.
