2-seat oakwood bench w/rush seating
An unusual early 1900s 2-seat settee or bench constructed with a solid oakwood frame and oak-ply sides + back. Nicely arched carved arms and back. Two separate seats with woven hemp/rush in very good condition. Probably had some brass caps to the legs - now missing - leaving a contrasting open foot. Netherlands, late 1930s.
