An unusual design for this 2-seat sofa by the muli-talented Marco Zanuso (1916-2001) whose career spanned: architect, furniture design, urban planning, academics and most famously industrial design. His post-war work with foam rubber allowed for new furniture designs - including this "Regent" sofa created by the Italian firm of Arflex. Beautiful gold velvet with blackened carved wood pad feet.
