Texted clear glass with brass accents.  Produced in the famous glassworks town of Kamenický Šenov, Czech Republic.  Attributed to Jaroslav Bejvl (1941-2016).   Eight larger globes that are lit with smaller decorative bulbs above and below.  Exceptional.
