Domenico “Ico” Parisi (1916-1996) was a prolific and sophisticated designer along with his partner/wife Luisa produced a large range of celebrated mid-century furniture that are highly collected today. This small table, probably designed as a game table, has tons of detail. Each of the four legs, positioned towards the center, are double slatted wood separated by double cross stretchers under the top. All held together with wood dowels that are visible part of the design. Red formica to the four sided top with clipped corners.
